La Copa de las Naciones UCI sub-23 es una competición ciclista que agrupa a las mejores carreras profesionales de formación, limitada a corredores menores de 23 años. Fue creada en el 2007 por parte de la UCI, cuando se empezó a regular oficialmente las carreras profesionales con limitación de edad, para potenciar algunas de ellas. An electroneurogram is a method used to visualize directly recorded electrical activity of neurons in the central nervous system or the peripheral nervous system. The acronym ENG is often used. An electroneurogram is similar to an electromyogram, but the latter is used to visualize muscular activity. An electroencephalogram is a particular type of electroneurogram in which several electrodes are placed around the head and the general activity of the brain is recorded, without having very high resolution to distinguish between the activity of different groups of neurons. An electroneurogram is usually obtained by placing an electrode in the neural tissue. The electrical activity generated by neurons is recorded by the electrode and transmitted to an acquisition system, which usually allows to visualize the activity of the neuron. Each vertical line in an electroneurogram represents one neuronal action potential. Depending on the precision of the electrode used to record neural activity, an electroneurogram can contain the activity of a single neuron to thousands of neurons. Paulings principle of electroneutrality states that each atom in a stable substance has a charge close to zero. It was formulated by Linus Pauling in 1948 and later revised. The principle has been used to predict which of a set of molecular resonance structures would be the most significant, to explain the stability of inorganic complexes and to explain the existence of π-bonding in compounds and polyatomic anions containing silicon, phosphorus or sulfur bonded to oxygen; it is still invoked in the context of coordination complexes. Electronium

The Electronium, created by Raymond Scott, is an early combined electronic synthesizer and algorithmic composition / generative music machine. Its place in history is unusual, because while in intention it is analogous to the digital algorithmic composition systems that would follow it, it was implemented entirely as an analog electronic machine. The exact time for the beginning of Scotts efforts in making the machine is not known, but it is estimated to the late 1950s or early 1960s, with a workable unit by 1969. Scott, however, never ceased to modify and further develop the device by the time of his death in 1994. It was one of the very few electronic creations of Scott to be sold to a customer, as he was normally highly secretive about his devices. A single Electronium machine was sold to Motown records, following a 1969 meeting between Scott and Motowns Berry Gordy. The initial contract required that Scott visited Motown for three months to teach staff how the machine is used. This culminated in the 1971 hiring of Scott to serve as director of Motowns electronic music and research department in Los Angeles, California, a position that Scott held until 1977. No Motown recordings using Scotts electronic inventions have yet been publicly identified. Guy Costa, Head of Operations and Chief Engineer at Motown from 1969 to 1987, said about Scotts hiring: He started originally working out of Berrys house. They set up a room over the garages, and he worked there putting stuff together so Berry could get involved and see the progress. At one point Scott worked out of a studio. The unit never really got finalized - Ray had a real problem letting go. It was always being developed. That was a problem for Berry. He wanted instant gratification. Eventually his interest started to wane after a period of probably two or three years. Finally Ray took the thing down to his house and kept working on it. Berry kind of lost interest. He was off doing Diana Ross movies. Scott later said he "spent 11 years and close to a million dollars developing the Electronium." Much remains to be discovered about the machines functionality, since detailed documentation on its workings are not currently available, and the single remaining machine is not in working order. In a patent application, Scott wrote that "The entire system is based on the concept of Artistic Collaboration Between Man and Machine, … The new structures being directed into the machine are unpredictable in their details, and hence the results are a kind of duet between the composer and the machine." Adding to the difficulty of defining what the Electronium was and how it worked is the fact that it was never finished. Scott continued to develop it during his employment at Motown, and after his dismissal there he carried on working on the machine, stopping only when his deteriorating health abruptly halted him from carrying on, after his first of several strokes. The Electronium is currently owned by Devos co-founder and lead singer Mark Mothersbaugh, who has initiated efforts towards its restoration. In 2017, Brian Kehew began working on the restoration of the Electronium, in an effort partially financed by Gotye.

Electronegativity, symbol χ, is a concept that describes the tendency of an atom to attract a shared pair of electrons towards itself. An atoms electronegativity is affected by both its atomic number and the distance at which its valence electrons reside from the charged nucleus. The higher the associated electronegativity number, the more an atom or a substituent group attracts electrons towards itself. On the most basic level, electronegativity is determined by factors like the nuclear charge the more protons an atom has, the more "pull" it will have on electrons and the number/location of other electrons present in the atomic shells. The opposite of electronegativity is electropositivity: a measure of an elements ability to donate electrons. The term "electronegativity" was introduced by Jons Jacob Berzelius in 1811, though the concept was known even before that and was studied by many chemists including Avogadro. In spite of its long history, an accurate scale of electronegativity was not developed until 1932, when Linus Pauling proposed an electronegativity scale, which depends on bond energies, as a development of valence bond theory. It has been shown to correlate with a number of other chemical properties. Electronegativity cannot be directly measured and must be calculated from other atomic or molecular properties. Several methods of calculation have been proposed, and although there may be small differences in the numerical values of the electronegativity, all methods show the same periodic trends between elements. The most commonly used method of calculation is that originally proposed by Linus Pauling. This gives a dimensionless quantity, commonly referred to as the Pauling scale χ r, on a relative scale running from 0.79 to 3.98 hydrogen = 2.20. When other methods of calculation are used, it is conventional although not obligatory to quote the results on a scale that covers the same range of numerical values: this is known as an electronegativity in Pauling units. As it is usually calculated, electronegativity is not a property of an atom alone, but rather a property of an atom in a molecule. Properties of a free atom include ionization energy and electron affinity. It is to be expected that the electronegativity of an element will vary with its chemical environment, but it is usually considered to be a transferable property, that is to say that similar values will be valid in a variety of situations. Caesium is the least electronegative element in the periodic table = 0.79, while fluorine is most electronegative = 3.98. Francium and caesium were originally both assigned 0.7; caesiums value was later refined to 0.79, but no experimental data allows a similar refinement for francium. Piknic Electronik is a weekly electronic music festival which takes place every Sunday during the summer in Montreal, Quebec. Established in 2003, the festival takes place at Parc Jean-Drapeau, only ten minutes outside of Downtown Montreal, and features local and international DJs and producers. The festival concentrates on house and minimal techno genres, but all forms of electronic music are showcased. The event runs from 2pm - 9:30pm. In 2013, Piknic Elektronik has expanded to Barcelona, with other local editions of the festival began in Melbourne and Dubai in 2014, in Santiago in 2015 in Paris in 2019. The annual, one-weekend-only edition of Piknic electronic is also held in Austin, Texas, starting in 2018. In 2017, 112.000 people were involved in the original Montreal festival. In 2018, the festival participants 129.243 part. Starting in 2018, over one million people attended the Piknic electronic Montreal for 16 seasons. Electroneuronography or electroneurography is a neurological non-invasive test used to study the facial nerve in cases of muscle weakness in one side of the face. The technique of electroneuronography was first used by Esslen and Fisch in 1979 to describe a technique that examines the integrity and conductivity of peripheral nerves. In modern use, ENoG is used to describe study of the facial nerve, while the term nerve conduction study is employed for other nerves. It consists of a brief electrical stimulation of the nerve in one point underneath the skin, and at the same time record the electrical activity of compound action potentials in another point of the trajectory of the nerves in the body. The response is displayed on a cathode ray tube CRT or through a computer monitor. Stimulation and recording is performed with electrodes, the disk is glued to the skin, and the technician may use a conductive gel or paste for amplification of signals input and output. In addition, the recording electrodes can also be used to pick up the electrical activity of the muscles innervated by this nerve. In such cases, electroneuronography is closely associated with electromyography. She is an audiologist who conducts tests to compare both sides of the face.
